What data this site collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.
The controller of the data collected on this site is Provesta Soft, a software development company based in Kélibia (Nabeul), Tunisia.
Address: Avenue des Martyrs, building above BH Bank, 2nd floor, 8090 Kélibia, Tunisia.
For any question about your data: contact@provestasoft.fr — phone: +216 50 048 866.
No data protection officer is appointed at this time; requests are handled directly by Provesta Soft.
This site creates no user account and sells no data.
Contact form — when you write to us, we record what you enter: name, email address, and depending on the subject you choose, phone, organisation, role, country, your message, your answers to the form's questions and any files you attach.
Technical data attached to the submission — we also keep, alongside your message, your IP address and browser, the page you wrote from, the referring site and any campaign parameters present in the URL. These are used to defend against automated abuse and to understand which channel a request arrived through.
Technical logs — the server hosting the site may keep, for as long as needed to run it, access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser). They are not used for commercial profiling.
Third-party audience measurement — no third-party analytics solution is enabled on this site today. If that changes, non-essential trackers will only be placed after your explicit consent.
We process this data to answer your request and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal or a contract — which corresponds to pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative.
Keeping the technical submission data and running anti-spam checks rest on our legitimate interest in protecting the form against automated abuse.
Access logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational.
Any future third-party audience measurement would rest solely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
IP addresses and browser information attached to a submission are deleted after 90 days; they serve no purpose beyond that.
Your message and contact details are kept for as long as handling your request requires. If no commercial relationship begins, they are deleted no later than 36 months after the last meaningful contact. If a commercial relationship begins, they are kept for its duration and then for the statutory retention period applicable to contractual and accounting records.
Server access logs are kept for at most 12 months, unless a longer legal or documented security need applies.
Your data is accessible to the Provesta Soft team handling your request.
It is hosted with our hosting and email delivery providers, who act as processors and have no right to use it for their own purposes. We favour infrastructure in the European Economic Area or covered by appropriate safeguards; where a transfer outside the EEA is necessary, it relies on the mechanisms provided for by the applicable regulation.
An up-to-date list of processors (hosting provider, email sending service) and where they are located is available on request at contact@provestasoft.fr.
We neither sell nor rent your data and pass it to no third party for advertising purposes.
Under the applicable law, you may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Write to contact@provestasoft.fr: we reply within one month. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection authority competent for your country of residence (in Tunisia: the National Authority for Personal Data Protection; in the European Union: your member state's authority).
This policy may change, in particular if we add a tool or change provider. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
