Moodle is robust but austere. On a national training platform that austerity has a real cost: teachers who cannot find their courses, learners who give up before the first lesson, an unreadable catalogue.
Our job is to make the platform usable without breaking it. For the PAAF / FOADE programme of the Democratic Republic of the Congo's Ministry of Education, we designed and built a complete Provesta theme — over 1,300 lines of CSS — covering the homepage, the dashboard, course pages, the catalogue and profiles. It remains standard Moodle underneath: security updates apply normally.
We also set up the production, test and staging environments, so changes are validated before they reach users.

Not if the theme is built correctly. We develop child themes that override presentation without modifying Moodle core. Security updates and version upgrades remain possible; we validate them on the test environment before production.
