B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces with several user types, KPI automation and decision dashboards. We build the product and the analytics layer used to steer it.
A multi-sided product is harder than it looks: each user type — customer, provider, manager, administrator — has its own permissions, screens and notifications. The complexity is not in the features but in how they intersect.
We handle that by separating the API cleanly from the interfaces. On Winween, a ride-hailing application operated in France, the passenger and driver apps, the API and the operations back office are one system; the deals marketplace and loyalty remain distinct domains behind one account.
On dashboards, we start from the decisions to be made, not from the data that happens to be available. A metric nobody looks at is a maintenance cost with no return.
